Refunds & Returns

We accept return of defective items only within 30 days of shipping date, the merchandise must be in "as sold" condition to receive a refund. Items with tags or labels cut off or items that have been worn, used, altered or washed will not be accepted. Our return address is provided on the invoice.

A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

 

If it is a return for reasons other than a mistake made by Real Deep, the card used for the purchase of the items will not be given a refund for the delivery costs.
